I was born in a different city from where my parents have moved now. Somehow either my birth certificate was never taken from the municipality where I was born or it is lost.
Now, if I get an affidavit, would that suffice?
Can I get the affidavit from this new city? Or it has to be issued from the same city of birth?
What should be the content of the affidavit?
Who should authorize it?
