Hi. Good day. I have a question for those in F2B visa category. My father, the one who petitioned for me has a critical illness and my brother and I would like to visit him in the US. Is there any way that I can be granted with a tourist visa to visit my father? I've tried applying before but I get denied. I also asked some agencies here that if you have a pending petition, you cannot avail of a tourist visa. If anyone here know how to deal with this kind of situation, kindly let me know. Thank you.
