Hey I dont know if anyone can help me out here, but I am in the US on a H1-B and just got married. The problem is that I got married in Hawaii and they told me I would receive my Marrige Certificate in 4 months.... I would like to change jobs and leave the company who has sponsored my H1-B. Can I lodge the I-130 without the certificate. Since It looks like they are taking 6 months to process the application I will have the certificate by then ?
Any sugestions would be appreciated

You need marriage certificate before filing I-130.
