Can my wife attend for H4 interview

Hi All,

I need your help in clarifying below

I attened H1 visa on 21 Sep 2007 and it got stamped. I received my Passport on 25th Sep 2007. I did not apply H4 to my wife with me. I am planning to travel to US in January 2008. Now I came to know that we can apply for H4 to my wife.

My questions is, can we apply for H4 to my wife?

Some poeple told me that you can not apply for H4 now and it can be only done once I go there and send my atleast three months payslips.

Please help Me.

not true, what company are you working for that did not give you complete information.

any ways your wife can take her appointment and will need all the papers you presented as well as your marriage certificate etc. refer to
