Default k1, got married, next step?

    To whom it might concern,
My wife and I recently got married (june 23rd, 07). She is from the Philippines here on a K1 visa. My question is, what forms and costs would we have to fill out and pay for her adjustment of status before the ninety day time frame is expired. She arrived here on May 11th this year. And we are wanting to proceed in the correct manner. Is there an office close by where we could go to adjust her to permanent resident? We live in Arlington Texas and are needing help on this matter. Your cooperation would be greatly appreciated.
