    Default Need info please help( french embassy)

    Hi ,

    I am based in UK , I just booked an appointment for schegan visa with the french embassy. we are 4 people and there was an option to make an appointment for all the 4 people by giving only my passprot number .

    My question is .. on the date of the appointment ,do all 4 of us have to go to the counslate or can i represent the other 3 , with their passport and documents.

    please help .

    Yes, one person can take the other people's documents to the French Consulate/Embassy.

    Make sure you have all the documents with you and also take one letter in original from each person stating that you're representing them and you're authorized to take their passports back once the visa is stamped.

    This is still bit tricky and you need to re-confirm from the consulate too.

    This is definitely true if it's your own family.
