My lawyer received an Audit letter from Dept of Labor (DOL) regarding my Greencard. IS there a way DOL can track the applicants that applied through a Govt website, which in my case was Americas Job Bank, for a job?
My question is what is a better option, to say there was no response or to send the response with the resumes that were received n later denied for this particular post?

yes.
You should have complete record of, how many people applied, when did you call for interview , who interviewd, date , time etc.
They may even verify the candidates.
