hi my wife USC filed for me in june 2007 and i recieved green card in sept 2007, we want to file for my ids ages 16, 13 and 9 to come live with us what forms do we have to file for them and what documents do we need to show. thank you
also must we file seperate petition for each child.

I have a similar situation, I want to file a petition for my 10y/o stepdaughter,who is already here,and all I have read is that you must send the same forms for each kid.

The USC spouse must petition for them, starting with I-130.
