Greencard for sister

Hi,
I am born in India, but US citizan for past 5+yrs.

I don't have parents anymore (both and mother and father).

If I want to apply green card for my sister. How will it work? does anybody know how long typically it takes?

anyhelp or info on this will be appreciated.

Check here the PD for FB4 is 22 June 1996 so 11 years,

I-130 will take 3-9 months, on top of that
