U.S.A. Naturalization Process

Dear friends,
I am in the process of applying for U.S. Citizenship and need to clarify the following:

1. Does the USCIS Miami Field Office allow the option of SAME DAY INTERVIEW/OATH?

2. If they do, what I must do to qualify.

I have tried several venues to clarify this important matter, without success. Please help. Thank you.

Procedures vary all the time. Even at a given office, they allow on some days while not on others.
