I currently have a h1b valid with my old employer and have applied for h1 transfer to new employer on October 18.I need to go to India in december.Can I go to H1 stamping with my previous employer H1 ?

Its recommended not to travel when H1 transfer is pending. USCIS would consider your H1 transfer application to be abandoned if you leave US before its adjudicated.
