H1B but consultant is newly started

Hi ALL,
I am stuck with some serious issues..

i have my H1b filed on OCT-2007
but my consultant has no tax papers
he jus conveyed me that this is a new start up and they have started this year only he doesnt have photo of the company but has project document and other
documents but when i asked about the documents he says they have notified their company as new in the UCICS

AS per my current company i work for company A Accenture and as consultant i work at client location the client in IBM and i am getting my B1 on Jan end or feb 2008 if i go for B! i have to stay in the company for atleast 3 months

Please suggest me shud i take my H1B first ot B1
WIll it be really helpful if i have a B1 first and them take my h1b interview

As time is running out please reply me as soon as possible as it will be really helpfull

If it is brand new company, your sponser have to produce yur positions and where yu are going to work, client agteement for 3 years.
