Hi, I am from India. i came here on F1 visa, valid in my passport till 2009. In june 2007 I changed my visa to H1B and working for a hospital in chicago since then. Now i going to india for H1B stamping. do i need a transit visa in UK? i am not changing airports and my layover time is 3 hrs. I know after going through your website that persons having valid US visa no need of transit visa. But as i am going for H1B stamping and I changed from student visa 6 months back. Is my visa status still valid when I am leaving us.
other thing is after attending visa stamping in India I wll be flying through Brussels without changing airports and no long layovers. Do i need a transit visa at that time?
Please help in this. I dont know who can answer my question correctly.
