Default Is this a special circumstance?

First I want to thank PraetorianXI, you always come to our rescue when no one else is answering our questions, Thank You We all appreciate you and all the other immihelp.com people

my circumstance is, I married my husband (a natural born citizen)
1 1/2 years ago, and I have not been able to file till now. the reason for that is to may parents dissaproval I moved away for school I was an L2. Then I got married and could not file beacause my family did not want to give me the required documents needed, copy of visas, passport etc. So I filed the
I-102, and FOIA I recieved my I-94 but was still waiting for the FOIA. But a few weeks ago my family came around and decided to give me the needed information. So I am ready to file.
My question is will i get into any trouble for waiting so long to file, should I attach the I-102 and FOIA to show my honest attempts to file, what does all this fall under? Or should I just file and not mention the reason for not filing in time and not mention all the other documents sent. What should I do??

    No. No problem.

You can file after being married 10 days or 10 years, it does not matter.

Do not add the FOIA or any information you have not been asked for.
