Default Expired Green Card- In India

My green card expired in and my reentry permit also expired. I returned to India in 2002 to look after my mother in law. My husband is US Citizen but now in India working as consultant. My married daughter in US is an US Citizen and my son who is studying MS is also a citizen.

I now want to go back and settle down in US since my husband is also going back to Us for work.

Is there any way I can reinstate my green card in India and go back to US

    Thanks

    murali_ks,

You need to apply for a new immigrant visa. Your husband can sponsor you. So can either of your children, if they are over 21. There's no quota for immediate relative of US citizen.

    Hope this helps,

    Tamtom
