I-485 Pending

Hi,
My status is EB-3 I-485 pending,
I-140 Approved,
Priority Date October 18 2004,
Finger Print Taken at July 3 2007

I think my medical report is lost so I sent it again and after that, I have received below email from USCIS. Does that mean my application is getting finalized? 60 days has passed after October 13th 2007 still haven't received anything in mail, does it take longer ? When should I expect a result? Please advise. Thank you....

The status of that will not change until you are actually interviewed and approved. So do not worry, they did receive the medical exam. Just wait for your interview date.

Thank you for your answer, I didn't know there is an interview for employment based I-485 but I'll wait for that now...

Also Jan 2008 bulletin for EB-3 shows Oct 15th 2002, this bulletin was current with my priority date in June 2007 therefore I had been able to apply for I-485.

Now, do I need to wait for that bulletin to be current again so there would be available quota for greencard?
