    Default Last Date of Filing H1B Extension

    What is the last date by which H1B extension papers should reach INS ?

    I heard that last date is the current H1B expiry date. Is that true ?

    That you can not rely due to postal, courier delay. Atleast 10 days before the expiry is very safe.
