Do I need to file I-864 if I alreay file I-134?

I was required to file the I-134 (affidavit of support) form to get a K1 visa (fiance visa, I-129F) for my fiance. Must I now also file the I-864 (affidavit of support) as part of the I-485 (adjustment of status) application? The instructions on this appear contradictory.
