Processing time for I-130

Anyone can tell me how much longer I have to wait, my priority date is march 2001 (receipt No.), my mom filed petition as a US citizen, I am married with kids, also can I AOS in the US, I have B1/B2 visa for 10 years.

You can not AOS. Your visa is for non-immigrant visits, not for immigrant purposes such as AOS.

You are probably in the 3rd category... check also, from which country you come. Either way it is probably a 2 years wait unless you are from China or Mexico.
