Are both I-129 and I-130 necessary when filing for a K-3 Visa?

If your bringing your HUSBAND into the U.S. then yes, you must fine a I-130 first, wait fo rthe receipt on the I-130 form from USCIS, then file the I-129F form.

I'm doing the same now for my husband in Paris, make sure you do your homework on all of this to keep from being denied or delayed in this process.
