h1 extension includes 7th year ?

Hi All,

My 6yr limit is about to expire in 3 months & my current approval already expired in oct 2003.

i applied for the h1b renewal, will i get approved only for the 3 months left in my 6yr period.

or

does it include 7th year extension (As I am eligible for pending labor process).

If your H1 extention application requested 1 year extention per the AC21 law - you will get your H1 for 1 year.

Hi,

just got back my 6th year extension approved for more than 6th year period. I got additional of 1+year appoved. crossing over my 6 & 7th year ext. Now, though i got approval for more than 6 yrs in H1B, should i reapply again for 7th year showing my gc filing status and etc. Let me know onthis.
