My husband is a beneficiary of an approved family based petition. However, we are waiting for a visa number. My driver's license expires in December and have no way of renewing it without an alien number. I am a spouse on the petition and don't know what kind of identification I can take to get my license. Is it possible to use the approved petition letter together with my marriage certificate?

My husband's sister is sponsoring the petition and I over stayed by 10years. I am out of status. The petition my husband's sister filed was approved in December . He is waiting for the visa number.
