Lost Embarkation Form

Hi there,

I arrived in India and I know I filled out a Disembarkation Form, however, it has been tossed out by my hotel room cleaners. I am a foreigner from Canada and could use some advice as to what I need to do now. Will I simply be ok to fill out an Embarkation Form at the airport itself since I do not have my original?
