    Default I-94 Not submitted

    Hi guys,
    I didnt submit my i-94 in dec 2002, i hve done masters in US, i have overstayed for an 13 months
    due to emotional problems and back to my home country
    now i want to apply for H1B, what should be my approach, i work for
    a reputed company. is it worth trying??

    Default give it a go, if:

    Hi friend,

    First of all, overstaying was illegal and could count against you.

    And depending on the type of visa that you held and the reason you would assign for your overstay, you may try your luck.

    Ofcourse have the papers ready, honest paper work, explanation or documentation for your overstay.

    And if rejected, accept the fact that it was your folly.
