My fiancee here on a fiancee visa and I were married May 26th and Immideately filed for perment residence and advance parole. We recieved a notice of reciept for both. Her fiancee visa expires July 17th. What do we do? What if we do not recieve the approved documents by then?

That's no problem. She would remain in legal status as long as you filed her petition any time before the expiration of finance visa.
