Hello,
I need some information about the citizenship for my mom. My mom is 66 years old and does not speak English. She is kind of disabled. I was wondering if she needs to take the citizenship test for her citizenship or if there any rules that she does not have to take the test? Can u please let me know and I truly appreciate it.
