Hello!
I was trying to better understand OCI requirements and had the following question about my daughter who was born in the US under the following circumstances.
I am an Indian citizen settled in the US and have a Green Card. My wife is a French citizen and also has a Green Card. Our daughter was born in the US and is therefore a US citizen. Is she eligible to get an OCI card?

No. (Was your French citizen ever Indian citizen? If yes, your child can apply for OCI).
