Hi,
I have applied for EB-3 and my I-140 is still pending, I am aphysiotherapist by profession and i would like to know can I apply for visitors visa with my I-140 pending as I want to give my licesing exam in order to save some time. Kindly guide me in this regard.

If your immigrant petition is pending, it would be extremely difficult for you to get visitors visa.
