My fiancee is from India and I am an US citizen. I am trying to decide whether to get married in India or in US? I wanted to know is it better to apply for fiancee visa or application for petition alien relative. What is the processing time difference between two? My fiancee did apply for student visa before and was denied. Would this effect the application if I apply for fiancee visa for him? Please help. Thanks in advance.

Since she is your fiancee, you have no choice but to file for a K1 visa.
