Health insurance for new immigrants to USA

As long as the U.S. citizen permanently lives outside the U.S. and wants to visit the U.S. less than 180 days with the intention of going back to again live outside the U.S., he/she would be covered under two Liaison plans I mentioned here.

I am coming to USA for the first time on October 29th along with my wife on H1B and H4 respectively. The company I am joining will provide medical insurance to me and my wife. I will be joining the company couple of days after I arrive (may be in a week). Till I join both of us would require a medical insurance.

I am looking for travel insurance + medical insurance for both of us till I join the company (4-5 days in USA). Could you please suggest me?

If you put the effective date one day in advance of actual travel date, it will provide coverage during international travel as well.
