The clause in the policy did mention hospitalisation but in fact hospitalisation was not neccessary as it was fracture of the wrist.Neverthless there was study interuption since it was not possible to persue further studies.

The compassionate clause also mentioned about travel back to home country and the insured had to travel back to home country since she was unable to stay alone in the country due to fracture of the wrist.

Both the claims have been not admited.
