Need help on Visitor visa

Hello,

I have heard good about your service. Decided to write you. My parents who live in Jamnagar Gujarat age about 80+ would like to visit us. We all brothers/sisters are in USA, parents are only in India.

I would like to know how can I help my parents to have their visa process go smooth. Should I bring them to USA on visitor or should I apply for their green card? What is your opinion? I am US citizen. Actually both my parents has come to US on green card in 1988 but now their green card has expired and not valid.

Do they have to go Mumbai or Ahemedabad for their VISA interview?
Please send me any information make their visa process smooth and successful.
