I am getting married this summer to an international student. I would like to know how to go about getting her a green card and residency in the US and finally citizenship. I would also like to know the regulations that apply in order for her to get a green card. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. She all ready has a Visa to come over here this summer.

What visa does she have? she can not enter the USA with a non-immigrant visa to file for a Green Card.

It's a working Visa issued by my employer. Then we were going to file for a change of status when she got here.

If she has some kind of L or H visa then she can come and file for Adjustment of Status.
