Visitor Visa Extension

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for a visitor visa extension for my in-laws and the receipt date is feb-11-2008. The I-94 expiration date is mar-18-2008. I have applied for extension for 3 months. My case is still pending. Still how long can my in-laws stay in US legally?

Up to 120 days from the application.

Since I got the receipt notice on FEB-11, then 120 days from that would be June 9th 2008. So, they could stay up to Jun 9th 2008 if they don’t receive the letter about the status.
