sir,I have 10 years B1/B2 visa.I visited early in May ,than I got stay for 3 months ,Now again I am going on 17 April, can i give letter at airport ,to give me stay longer than 3 months this time,thanks

You mean May 2007 and now you return in April 2008? that is plenty of time. You can ask for more than 3 months, but it is ultimately up to the POE officer whether he will give yo more or not.
