    Default Do Not Join Solexo, Livonia, Michigan

    Hi All,

    FRAUD COMPANY:- SOFT LABS alias SOLEXO

    Please do not get a H1 filed from this company called SOLEXO based out of Livonia Michigan. Do not get H1 transfers also done to this company. They do not pay on time and they do not give the perdime money when an employee leaves the company. They do not respond to emails and do not take calls at all. I got a H1 file last year from this company and worked with them for (n) months. They told me my salary on offer letter is $50,000 and based on the hourly rate I get the rest of the money would be on percentage basis....85%-15%. I haven't got (n-2) months perdime money.

    If anyone wishes to join their company ask them to give the percentage thing in writing or else do not work with them.

    They are sitting on people's hard earned money.

    There are a lot of complaints against Mel Kishore logged in various places.
    Now we know how these people in this company SOLEXO have big houses and cars.... They earned a house and car, but WE (consultants) worked for it.

    Fellow consultants... whoever worked with this company and haven't got your money back...Look at it this way.. they are living on OUR money. The houses, cars, the home theatres, the parties they have, their kids education and food.... basically they are living on OUR money.

    They have a long way to go as human beings.

    It is a matter of shame that you have again starting writing such nasty things about your employer. Last time you got fired and still did not learn the lesson. You did not get paid, because of your fault; you joined the vendor directly, serving the same client resigning without even giving a notice. I spoke about you several times with them and was ashamed of referring you to them. You should advertise your name and email also Sushma Kantaraj, sushma_sk1@yahoo.co.in.     Ok folks. The verdict is clear. Three first time posters here, two of them trying to discredit the OP. I am guessing the two posts are from the employees of the company or their paid assistants. I tend to believe the employee more than these jokers that are trying to discredit him/her.

    Above all, the company in question has made it to the debarred list by DOL. It speaks enough of the two posts against the OP.

    There is no law that says a notice is mandatory. It is a right to work country and employee can quit any day. Above all, which company the person joins has nothing to do with the pay. Payment of wages is mandatory.

    If the employee violated the terms on a non-compete, that is a civil issue and has to be dealt with separately. It cannot be deducted from the paycheck as per the law.

    BTW, you are contradicting your own story. You talk about employee getting fired earlier and now you say the employee left and joined a vendor. What a troll!! Doesn't even qualify to make up stuff properly.

    Seems like "Righteous" is a misnomer here.
