    Default Applying for Visitors Visa, holding a Business Visa already

    Hi,

    I would like to visit USA on Visitors visa.

    Currently I hold a Business visa with was sponsored by my company.
    I have worked in USA on H1-B and Business Visas.

    Can I apply for the Visa or will there be any problem ?

    You are not allowed to work on a Business visa. It is illegal. Visa for B1/B2 is the same. You can visit on the same visa.

    Please clarify what you mean by "business visa"?

    Is it B1/B2 or an L-1?
