    Default For H4 VISA do spouse need original I 797 or photocopy will do??

    Hello Everyone,

    I am in USA on H1, Now i have scheduled H4 VISA Interview for my spouse in india, do i need to send original I 797 for H4 Visa Interview

    For H4 VISA do spouse need original I 797 ?? or photocopy will work,

    ... they may accept notarized copy, but having an original is best.

    For the visa, original is better. For travel, copy will do.
