Default Port of Entry - Anywhere in USA ?

    Hello,

Thanks for Immihelp & its members for providing valuable info & getting my mom visitor visa.

My scenario is different and couldn't find answer over here.

Last year October, I came to US on L1 visa and currently located @ Los Angeles.
My cousin brother who stays in Florida has Green card, sponsored for my mom's visa and she got visa for 10 years.

Question: Planning to bring my mom in June 2008. Since she was sponsored by my cousin brother and his home address details was mentioned in DS-156 form.
When she enters US, does she needs to land (POE) ONLY in Florida? Or anywhere in US, like Los Angeles?

    Thanks,
    Bhaskar

@bhaspro, you mom can land anywhere in the US. She can fly directly to LA. The address in the DS-156 has nothing to do with where your mom wants to stay/land in the US. Just make sure when your mom flyies down to US, she better carry a letter of support from your end, just in case if the officer at the POE asks for it..which is highly unlikely
