After I Get My Conditional Green Card, I Am Going To Apply To Remove The Condition And Get The Second One After 2 Years From The Filing Date Or The Marriage Date,

90 days before the expiration date on the GC. It has nothing to do with the filing date or the marriage date, it has to do with the approval date on the GC.
