Can someone help me with this question? My girlfriend is here on a 2 year student visa from China. She has 1 year left on that visa. Should I marry her ASAP while in the US, and if so what are the steps and forms to fill out to keep her in the US?

What is your status? What is her visa status? How long ago was her last entry to US? You don't need any forms to be filled to marry a student on F1 visa.
