H1B Transfer - Urgent

pls help me with the following two queries.

1. Transferred to company B while in India. As i did it from India , can i use the same old visa which is still valid or go for stamping again.


2. I was in USA till april and in May I was in India on vacation. Now if I go back to USA and file for transfer is it okay if I dont give my payslip for May as I was out of US during that period?

1. Yes
2. It is possible. Show your previos/last paystubs before you left the country. However, to avoid RFEs and explanations, wait for a paycheck after entering and get the transfer done.
