Thread: NIW and EB1A

  1. #1

    Default NIW and EB1A

If someone wants to give a shot at NIW as well as EB1A, what is the best strategy?

    1. Apply together
    2. NIW first and then EB1 (after getting 140 approved under NIW)
    3. Try EB1 first and then if fails- go for NIW

What would be the impact on NIW application if (if at all) EB1 get rejected?

In your best interest, it is better to go with a good attorney for these type of application. They ensure they have the right words and language in the application that makes the application go smooth.

You will not find many do it yourselfers on these kind of petitions on this forum.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.http://www.immihelp.com/visas/h1b/h1-visa-faq.html

    Default Attorney- yes and No

    Thanks!

I have been thinking of that but I thought of getting educated first on my own. I have 4 successful cases of NIW and 1 EB1A around me. I want to see if it is really worth going to an attorney.
Everyone says- you can do it yourself! I ended up doing most the work! The hindsight is 20/20 but better to know- how complex are these applications to begin with.

    Any comment?
