Hi,
I cannot find any information about finger printing in consular processing. Does anybody know when its done, where its done in chennai? Is it done before filing DS 230? or on the same day of interview?

When you enter the US
As much as I know the FP is taken at the Port of entry. I do not know if this process has changed. I did Consulat and that when my prints were taken.
