Hi,
I know this person who did an immigration fraud some years ago. She came on someone else's passport by fixing her photo on that persons passport. those were old days when visas didnt have photos. ultimately she got a green card and she also got citizenship. she has also committed some financial frauds here. As a good citizen, i want to report this to ICE. will her citizenship be revoked and will she be deported back?

I mean I know a person that came this way. I believe it's referred to as "Mundi-cut" (cut the head and replace with yours) in those people’s terms. This person married a USC and has two kids. Just now, I found out that this person was in jail probably removal proceedings. The lawyer thinks that he will be fine based on marriage to a USC.
