    Unhappy Got married after filing for green card and EAD

    Hi,

    I got married after filing for green card and EAD in July 07. My wife is on H4 and her application for H1 was not selected in the lottery for 2009 FY. I received my EAD in Nov 07.
    Please answer the following:
    How can I get an EAD for my wife so that she can also start working? How can I get a green card for her too?

    You have to wait and keep maintaining your H1b status till you file for her I485 when your PD is current again or she gets to maintain her own non-immigrant status like H1 etc.

    No easy way out here.
