my brothers B2 got rejected..!! he had been planning to come to usa for higher education within next 2 yrs for either ms or undergrad transfer.. now how bad are his chances of getting his F1 approved after this rejection? (214b)
he has been a good student.. has a good A-Level results and SAT is pretty good too.
please share your experiences with me.. i would have him rather go to a UK university than get an other rejection (GOD forbid).
We own a family house back home and he can show a bank statement strong enough to cover his tuition and room expenses for 1 year.
I basically want to know if his chances of getting F1 are good or not?
