First and Last names in DS-156

Hello,

While i registerring i just entered the First and Last names (no Middle name). So the first name only refrlcting in column.7 of DS-156. But the column is indicating First and Middle names (As in passport), so i am missing middle name. The system is not allowing me to modify the First name. So what i needs to be done? Please advise.

Also, I need clarifications on below couple questions.

1. DS-157 coulumn 12 and 17 not showing the complete details (the system is truncating some information) once i generate the DS-157

2. What needs to be enter in column 24. what address will you stay in the US? Can i enter my home address or empoyer address? If i enter my home address the home addess is showing on DS-157 for colum8

it's clearly mentioned that Full name , address of of USA or employeer of USA where you are going to stay after your visa stamp, ok, and just fill form, its scroll automaticaly.

first name is always surname... our indian passport also written on same system..
