Help on M1 visa
Hi,
I'm a business man and have a retail store for 4yrs now. I had applied for a B1 visa last year but was rejected because my training was 40hrs a week. I was asked to apply under M1 visa. The school i wanted to join only recently registered under SEVIS and has issued me an I20. I have paid for the entire training which is for 8 weeks only.
My concern is that i do not have a Bachelor degree. I would like to know if i can still apply for the M1 visa. Will i have any problems getting the visa. I have a well traveled passport and financially very good. My school does not require me to have a Bachelor degree. Please advice.
