I am an MBA (Information systems) guy and has around 5 yrs of working experience. I am working for my current employer for past 2 yrs 10 months, which is applying L1B for me. Will my qualification disqualify me for L1B?. Is education a qualifying criteria for L1B?. Can you someone elaborate more on eligilibity criteria.

Should I have a technical degree to qualify for Blanket L1 visa. Am I not eligible for this Blanket L1 with my current qualification MBA(Information systems)?. How much time will it take to get L1B Individual visa from the time oif applying. Is there any premier service in L1 individual processing (considering I donot qualify for Blanket L1) and how much time will it take to obtain the visa in premier processing?.
